According to the email, this 282 only had a few hours on the clock. Judging by the fact that the fire seems more intense at the back than the front, I'm guessing a wheel motor fire.

By the look of the front tyres this truck has been in service for quite some time
Unless this is a old photo, I think what the first person is saying that T282 haven't used that hub design for a while. So it may have more hours on it than you think

I was there, about 5 years ago, it was in service for about six months. The cause was a borst hydraulic line on the Turbo.
