Drive-off Ramp

In this week's series of photos, it looks like an RD has driven of a ramp onto the pit floor below. This is the worst kind of accident; the completely avoidable accident.

Flooded Drills

I'm not sure if these drills have been flooded in water, or mud / slurry from some sort of highwall failure.

It looks like this guy is lucky he was driving a belly dumper, and not a rear-dumper. A rear-dumper might have rolled down that slope.
