This is a chicken-and-the-egg situation. Did the driver drive this truck into the ditch so that he could repair it, or is he repairing it after driving it into the ditch? Either way, it doesn't look particularly safe.

Ditch repair
This is a chicken-and-the-egg situation. Did the driver drive this truck into the ditch so that he could repair it, or is he repairing it after driving it into the ditch? Either way, it doesn't look particularly safe.

I saw this on another site. That site says that the driver was thrown from the truck and killed. The guy in the picture is checking the brakes because the brakes failed.
