GOTTA LUV THOSE SAFETY BERMS THEY HAVE THERE
Yeah, the safety berms are non-existent. However, the third picture shows that the spoil profile is really steep. I suspect that the spoil has failed underneath the truck, taking the safety berm with it.
I can't help but wonder if it wasn't a nightime dump. Those who call the shots are seldom promoted from the bottom ranks.
