An excavator on the barge makes a good dredger, but someone's going to have to dig him up from the bottom of the dam.

This excavator isn't on a barge, it's an amphibious machine. Built on two floats with extra wide tracks wrapped around them. Also known as a swamp excavator.
This machine is not barge mounted,its a tracked pontoon machine.
